How much am I spending per sq ft?
In any construction, you want to maximize your cost per square foot. Don’t spend money on dead air space you can’t use. Make sure you’re getting the best value for the dollar. Often, we can add a loft or bonus room above your shop for a minimal cost – this is very inexpensive space!
What are the future heating and cooling costs?
The money wasted heating dead air space in tall, poorly insulated steel buildings can be significant. Our 2x6 exterior walls can be insulated with R-Values ranging from R-19 up to R-30. The attic or ceiling insulation values can be as high as R-50. Radiant heating is also an excellent option in our shops.
What about the exterior appearance / curb appeal?
You may think it doesn’t matter, but often it does. Think long term. With our system your can match your house or other buildings and increase the value of your entire property.
How do I best utilize the space?
With panel systems we can easily add lofts, attic apartments, modular office space, break rooms or any other additional spaces – the sky is the limit. Some of our customers now live in nice apartments above their shop!
How long will it take to build?
Build time is always an important consideration. Any contractor will tell you that time is money. We can go from excavation to completely dried in and weather-tight in about 2 weeks.
