1. How do I get a permit?
We will provide plans, you submit the plans we provide to your local building department. The prices for permits vary depending on your local building department. Most of the time permits are quick and painless for shops, sheds and garages.
2. How do I get financing?
There are many financing options. Home equity loans are a great option right now with very low interest rates. You can also use cash, secured credit loans, home improvement loans and even credit cards.
3. How far will you travel?
We are located in Mt Pleasant UT but we will build all over the intermountain west – Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Montana. If you live outside these states, call us and we still may be able to help you.
4. What is the biggest shop you can build?
We can build up to 60 feet wide and more than 100 feet long – 6,000 sq ft. Any bigger buildings are probably better suited for steel structural buildings.
5. What is the tallest building you can build?
Up to 15 foot wall height.
6. How long you have been business?
We have been building for decades and have built over 300 homes, shops and sheds.
7. What does this package include?
The basic package includes: excavation, footings and foundation, flatwork, complete framing, trusses, roofing and house wrap. It also includes doors and windows (see details of each plan for quantities included). Basically it includes all material and labor to get the building up and dried in and weather tight. 8. What is the smallest building you will build
We do not build portable sheds. We will build any building that is on a permanent foundation. We have built as small as 20’x20’. Call us for details.
