We provide an alternative to steel buildings and pole barns. We are the perfect option for the customer who wants a mid-sized building (500 – 5,000 sq ft) for storage, work shops or commercial buildings. We offer more options than standard steel buildings like office space, loft apartments and attic storage. We are quite often the best option at the lowest price.
Here is how our system works:
Step 1 - Contact for quote. We have many plans to choose from. You can also tell us exactly what you are looking for and we will design your custom shop. We have done shops, sheds, garages, shops with apartments above, additions, etc. Give us a call and within 1 day we will have an exact quote back to you.
Step 2- Excavation and foundation - we can do it or you can do it yourself. We have our own excavation and concrete crews or if you either contract out that portion of the construction or do it yourself. Our price lists include excavation, foundations and concrete flatwork, however if you choose to do that yourself we will credit you back this portion of the bid and save you money. The excavation and concrete usually takes 1-2 weeks to complete.
Step 3- We panelize your building in our state-of-the-art factory. We’ve invested over a $1 million to build the most advanced wall panel and component factory in the Intermountain West. Simply stated, nobody can build better shops, sheds or garages faster or more accurately than Timberhawk.
Step 4- We erect the building and dry it in--weather tight and insulated! This usually takes a few days, that right – 1 to 2 days! Because the panels are built in a factory, they go up fast and efficiently. You get a high quality building quickly, economically and high quality.
Step 5- Exterior and interior finishes (steel siding, stucco or vinyl, interior insulation and drywall). We can do it or you can finish it yourself. After the building is framed, you can choose your exterior finish – the sky is the limit! You can choose steel siding, stucco, vinyl siding, brick and rock, even wood or log siding.
